Q: Is your stock live?

A: Yes all our stock quantities are the actual quantities on our shelves in our warehouse. We only show the exact quantities when stock levels are below 10.  So if you don't see an amount of stock available then we have more than 10 units.

 

Q: Where is your warehouse?

A: Westlake, Cape Town

 

Q: Can I collect?

A: Yes you can

 

Q: How long does your delivery take?

A: Economy service will take anything from 2-5 working days depending on where you are based in the country.  The overnight express service will be delivered the next day for the major cities.  If you are in a small town or city deliveries will take a day or two longer.

 

Q: When do I have to order by?

A: Our order cut off time is 3pm.  This ensures everything is packed in time for our courier to collect.

 

Q: Weekend delivery?

A: Yes we can arrange Saturday delivery, but this is very costly and will be billed if you agree to a quoted price.  You can, however, order on a Friday and choose ONX courier and collect from the Dawn Wing depot on Saturday morning (CT, JHB and DBN)

 

Q: Can we get something that's not on the site?

A: Yes we can source most items from our various suppliers around the world. Feel free to drop us an email support@flyingrobot.co
