Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.  This does not apply to DJI products.

Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from our online store, if you have purchased from a third-party retail partner then they need to arrange your return or exchange. 

If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. 

All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unused and unsoldered. 
When returning items to Flying Robot, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. 

Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. 

All gift cards are non-refundable.


At Flying Robot we are committed to product excellence and take great pride in the selection of brands we stock and produce ourselves.  Occasionally, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us.

We will test and check the product. Once we are happy that the condition and fault are valid we will send you a replacement one with our courier at our expense.


Our DJI products have a different warranty and returns policy due to DJI and local distributors policies. 

If you find an issue within 14 days of activating the drone we will be able to process an RMA with the local distributor for a full replacement.  Please communicate this to us as soon as possible.   To process this warranty we will need the whole package returned to us in its original condition.  We will then ensure it gets to the local distributor for them to inspect and assess.  If all is in order they we issue a credit/stock depending on stock availability.

DJI products older than 14 days will be subject to the distributor potentially having to send the unit back to China for a factory repair.  


You will just need to send the faulty/returned product back to us to inspect.  Either via SAPO registered mail, your own courier, PostNet 2 PostNet or we can book a collection with our courier and bill you.
