Not happy with your purchase? You have 30 days from delivery to return items for a refund or exchange, provided they’re unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Kindly note that a 5% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover processing expenses.

You can return the item via:

  • Your own courier (Flying Robot, 22 Bell Close, Unit 3, Westlake Business Park, 7945)
  • PostNet to PostNet Steenberg (Attn: Roxie Varkevisser, 071 017 6825)
Faulty Products

Suspect a manufacturing defect? Please email us at support@flyingrobot.co.za with as much detail as possible.

Once we’ve reviewed your email, we’ll guide you on the next steps. If needed, we may ask you to send the item back for inspection using one of the above-mentioned options. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
